Lead the charge in cardiac innovation-empower surgical teams and transform patient outcomes as our Regional Sales Manager in the NL.

娇色导航 is seeking a RSM for a field-based role in the NL. This position supports a company that develops advanced technologies used in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and related conditions. You will work closely with hospitals, providing operating room support, training clinical staff, and building strong relationships with surgical teams. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to improving patient outcomes through innovative medical technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve territory targets.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities within hospitals.
  • Provide clinical support during procedures and follow-up care.
  • Expand product usage within existing accounts to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to align with broader sales strategies.
  • Share market insights and feedback with the marketing team.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company.
  • Manage territory activity and maintain accurate records.
  • Navigate hospital access requirements and ensure compliance with protocols.
  • Operate confidently in an operating room environment.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Sales experience in cardiac or thoracic medical fields is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with neuromodulation technologies is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% based on territory needs.
  • Fluency in English and German.
