娇色导航 is seeking a Director, Tech Lead to design and implement scalable, cloud-based data solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role focuses on integrating advanced tools and technologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating across teams to enhance data workflows and analytics capabilities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python and experience developing scalable data pipelines and cloud-based Databricks architectures.
- Expertise in tools such as Airflow, Databricks, DBT, and Reltio, with a strong understanding of orchestration, transformation, and master data management (MDM).
- Familiarity with AI and analytics, and knowledge of how data supports model development.
- Experience designing and implementing data mesh architectures and data marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of GxP and regulatory compliance in biotech-pharma data platforms.
- Proven ability to work with data governance teams to ensure alignment with metadata management, lineage tracking, and access control.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Biotech or pharma experience with an understanding of data flows across R&D, CMC, and Commercial contexts.
- Exposure to modern data lakehouse architectures leveraging Delta Lake, medallion architecture, and Unity Catalog is a plus.
The Director, Tech Lead's responsibilities will be:
- Design and implement data platform solutions integrating tools like Airflow, Databricks, DBT, Django, and Reltio within a cloud-based environment.
- Utilize Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and medallion architecture to establish scalable and governed data solutions.
- Integrate the data platform with AI and analytical systems, supporting MLOps solutions in collaboration with the AI platform team.
- Contribute to the cohesiveness of the broader data ecosystem, including third-party tools, external data sources, and partner integrations.
- Guide the implementation and optimization of scalable data pipelines, workflows, and data mesh architectures.
- Develop components of the data marketplace, including aspects of full-stack development.
- Define best practices, architectural frameworks, and standards for modern cloud-based data platforms in regulated environments.
- Collaborate with data governance teams to translate policies into technical solutions, ensuring data quality, lineage tracking, access control, and compliance.
- Identify reusable solution patterns to reduce governance friction and accelerate compliant data usage across business functions.
- Engage with stakeholders, including data producers, consumers, stewards, and engineers, to tailor solutions to their needs.
- Ensure GxP compliance, regulatory adherence, and best practices in data security for all workflows.
Compensation:
- $65,000 to $70,000 per annum.
