娇色导航 is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join a dynamic team in Belgium. This role focuses on supporting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients in the diabetes community by promoting innovative medical devices. You will play a key role in clinical education, training, and fostering relationships with HCPs to ensure the effective use of diabetes management solutions. This position requires regular travel within the assigned region and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy and provide education to HCPs through group or individual sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes nurses, and multidisciplinary diabetes teams.
- Support HCPs with training programs, including "train-the-trainer" initiatives during product launches.
- Organize and assist with patient education sessions in collaboration with diabetes departments.
- Conduct product demonstrations for HCPs and patients, ensuring proper consent is obtained.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve goals related to therapy initiation and retention.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve processes and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and update account plans as needed.
- Participate in group events such as support groups, educational sessions, and patient information evenings.
- Assist with product training for sales and clinical staff.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in diabetes care.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Certification as a diabetes educator, dietitian, physiotherapist, or nurse is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for clinical education.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse groups, including HCPs, patients, and colleagues.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and act on opportunities.
- Resilient, flexible, and proactive in sharing experiences and knowledge.
- Established credibility and network within the diabetes community.
- Proficient in using digital platforms and computer systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training or supporting insulin pump patients.
- Fluency in Dutch and French (B-C level proficiency) is required.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
