9% University retirement contribution

After one year of service, ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±Íø will contribute 9% of your base pay to a 403(b) Retirement Plan. All you have to do is contribute 2% yourself! Employees are welcome to start their own personal contributions on their first day of hire.

100% tuition remission for full-time employees, spouses, and children

Employees are eligible for the tuition remission benefit after one year of service at ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±Íø (spouses after two years and dependent children after the employee's third year). Part-time employees are eligible for remission on a prorated basis. Employees enrolled as students have flexible scheduling options. ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±Íø also participates in a tuition exchange program for other colleges.

Hybrid and remote work options

ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±Íø offers various hybrid and remote positions as well as options to request a remote work arrangement.

20 Paid Holidays & Summer Hours plus vacation

Enjoy up to 20 paid holidays annually, 10-20 paid vacation days, and a shortened work week during summer months.

Mission & Community Service

Paid leave for staff and administrators to participate in sponsored community service experiences and mission related retreats and programs.

Paid Parental Leave

Up to six weeks parental leave is available for eligible faculty, staff, and administrators for newly born, adopted or newly assigned foster child.

Child Care Voucher Program

Receive University reimbursements for child care beginning the month following your date of hire.

Flexible benefit allowance

ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±Íø provides Flex Credits to assist benefit-eligible faculty, staff, and administrators with the purchase of their benefits. Flex Credits will be automatically applied to an employee’s paycheck regardless of benefit enrollment.
